There are a few staples at a South African braai when it comes to the meat on the fire. They include chops, boerewors, some chicken and very often sosaties are on the menu. Making these South African beef sosaties will always be on the menu after you’ve tried it for the first time, even when you get a bit creative.
You don’t want to buy the marinated sosaties from the store as they’re often not the best quality, so making your own marinade and sauce is very important. The video below shows you how to prepare your meat, vegetables and marinade for the most tender, colourful and flavourful sosaties you’ve ever made.
